Bios

• Anne

  I am the on-site co-owner of the Goddard School with my husband, John and son, Jonathan. Using my Liberal Arts education and degrees, I have had two fulfilling careers. My first career was in the corporate world and the second was as a teacher. I found my true passion in educating children. Creating this school has been a dream come true. We have two exceptional children, Sarah and Jonathan. We are also very fortunate to have had three delightful grandchildren graduate from our school. Our youngest grandchild is currently in our Pre-K program!

• John

  I have been the Co-owner and Operator with my wife, Anne, for the past 20 years. Using my Master's Degree in Business and Mathematics, I have been involved in two start-up businesses. I have been able to apply my skills as CEO of a Healthcare Company in establishing the Goddard School in Randolph. It has been a thrill working with my son and watching my Grandchildren prosper and learn in an environment that I have helped create and grow from the ground up.

• Jonathan

  Mr. Jonathan, on-site owner, joined The Goddard Family in 2013. Jonathan graduated from The Smeal College of Business from The Pennsylvania State University and has over 20 years of management experience. He has a passion for education similar to his parents, Miss Anne and Mr. John, and continues to maintain the high standards and traditions established over the last 20 years. Mr. Jonathan currently has a daughter in the Pre-K program and another three children in the Randolph Township School system. All four of Jonathan's children started in our Infant program!

• Leigh Ann

  Ms. Leigh Ann has been with our school since 2002 and was presented with “Director of the Decade” at the school. Leigh Ann attended Lock Haven University and has used her vast knowledge, education, and experience to develop and implement our award-winning curriculum. She also developed a unique camp program that changes each summer. She continues to be an exceptional role model and has sent four children to our school.

• Molly

  Ms. Molly, our Director of Education, has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and English. She has been with our school since 2010 and was instrumental in the development of our Kindergarten program which she also taught for 4 years. In addition to being named “Teacher of the Year’ in 2012, her musical “Annie” and her month-long “China experience" won her top honors. Both her Math and Reading programs have been exceptional in preparing our children for first grade. She has also been recognized by Randolph Elementary School Principals as an exceptional Educator. Both of Ms. Molly's sons, Matthew and Andrew, started in our Infant program. Matthew is a recent graduate and Andrew is currently in our Preschool program.

• Colette

  Ms. Colette, Assistant Director of Education, has been with our school since 2002. Prior to joining the office, Ms. Colette was the Lead Teacher in our Get Set room. She won our World Culture contest two years in a row; educating and creating both Africa and Australia in her class. Ms. Colette was also named "Teacher of the Year" in 2013. We could not be prouder of her well-deserved transition to the leadership team. Ms. Colette has two boys who have graduated from our school!

• Cassie

  Ms. Cassie is the Lead Teacher in our PreK I classroom. She has been with our school since 2014. Cassie attended the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse where she studied Early Childhood Middle Childhood Education (ECMC). She loves working with children and participates in Hippotherapy in her free time. A fun fact about Ms. Cassie- she has an identical twin sister. Ms. Cassie was named "Teacher of the Year" in 2018! Her son Miles, is currently enrolled in the school!

• Deanna

  Ms. Deanna is the Lead Teacher in our Get Set classroom. Ms. Deanna has studied Early Childhood Education and loves to watch children learn new words and learn about themselves. In her free time, she enjoys planning parties, making decorations and baking! One of her favorite activities to do with the children is music and movement! We are excited to have Ms. Deanna has part of our Goddard family.

• Deborah

  Ms. Debbie is the Lead Teacher in our First Steps Room. She has a degree in Early Childhood Studies from Juniata College. Ms. Debbie has been part of The Goddard Family since 2008 and loves reading and baking in her free time.

• Donna

  Ms. Donna, our Lead Teacher in the Preschool II classroom, has achieved an Early Childhood Development Degree and has 25 years experience. She has been with the Goddard School of Randolph for over 10 years! In 2009, she was named Teacher of the Year. Her passion is “hands on science” and it is reflected throughout her class. She is always a top contender in and has won our World Culture and Habitat Contests.

• Lisa

  Ms. Lisa, our Assistant Pre-K I teacher, has earned two degrees from Richard Stockton College. After substitute teaching in the Morris County public school districts, she joined the Goddard School in 2011. Her passion in teaching is Science, nature, and the environment. She was previously a Morris County Girl Scout Leader for over 10 years and earned Leader of the Year in her first year. Ms. Lisa was named The Goddard School Teacher of the Year during the 2015 school year.

• Nancy

  Ms. Nancy is the Lead Teacher in our Toddler Classroom. She has been a part of The Goddard School since 2008. She is committed to the children and helps to promote a love of learning! Ms. Nancy loves to travel and visit beautiful beaches! She also loves going to movies and spending time with her daughter Lauryn!

• Anyi

  Ms. Anyi is the Assistant Teacher in our Preschool I classroom. Ms. Anyi is working on obtaining her CDA and loves working with the children in the Polar Bear classroom. In her free time, she loves to go hiking and spend time with her friends and family. We are thrilled that Ms. Anyi is a part of our Goddard family!

• Ashley

  Ms. Ashley is a Lead Teacher in our Preschool I classroom. She attended Hudson County Community College and received a degree in Culinary Arts! She is now pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Ashley began working with students in 2019 and she loves teaching them and watching them grow. She feels that helping little minds learn and watching them be creative is so much fun! In her spare time, she enjoys baking, cooking and spending time with her friends and family. We are so excited to have Ms. Ashley as part of our team!

• Colleen

  Ms. Colleen is an Assistant Teacher in our First Steps classroom. She started working in child care in 2000 and loves to help infants reach their milestones. Ms. Colleen says that seeing the children smile brightens her day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her cats! She has four nephews who mean the world to her! We are very excited to have Ms. Colleen as one of our First Steps teachers!

• Elizabeth

  Ms. Liz is an assistant teacher in our Infant classroom. She started working as an infant teacher in 2007. Before then, she worked with her mom in their own day care. During her free time, she enjoys shopping, cleaning, listening to music and spending time with her family. We are very excited to have Ms. Liz as part of our Goddard family!

• Hannah

  Ms. Hannah is an Assistant Teacher in our First Steps classroom. She has been working at our school since February of 2022. Ms. Hannah has many years of experience working with children and also has 7 siblings! She loves Disney and working on crafts. In her spare time, she loves to hang out with her husband and her kitty cat! Ms. Hannah is a great addition to our Goddard team!

• Julie

  Ms. Julie is the Assistant Teacher in our school. She is currently majoring in Early Childhood Education. She has been working with children for many years. Julie's favorite thing about working with children is helping them grow to their full potential. We are so happy to have Ms. Julie at our school!

• Lauryn

  Miss Lauryn is the Assistant Teacher in our Get Set classroom. She graduated from Dover High School. She has been working with children, aging from infants to PreK, for over 2 years now. She would love to be a physical therapist for children one day! She loves spending time with her family and would love to travel the world some day!

• Llamil

  Ms. Llamil, or Ms. Milly as we call her, is the Assistant Teacher in our Toddler Classroom! She has been working with children for over 6 years and has 2 children of her own. She loves watching the children grow and helping them learning new things! Ms. Milly is wonderful at coming up with creative projects and activities that engaged and challenge the children. We are so excited to have her as part of our Goddard Family!

• Mary

  Ms. Mary is an Assistant Teacher in our Get Set classroom. She graduated from Roxbury High School and then attended County College of Morris, graduating in 2020. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her friends and loves to cuddle her kitty cat! Ms. Mary's favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow every day and seeing their big smiles as they accomplish new tasks! We are so happy to have Ms. Mary as part of our team!

• Talisa

  Ms. Talisa is an Assistant Teacher in our Pre-K II program. She has 8 years of experience teaching in the preschool setting and loves working with children. Ms. Talisa enjoys spending time with her son and family in her spare time. Her favorite part of working at our school is contributing to the growth and academic development of the children in her room.

• Paula

  Miss Paula is a graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education. Her major instrument is piano. She was employed by the Public School System of New Jersey where she directed numerous musical reviews, concerts, and musicals and was also a recipient of the Governor’s Recognition program otherwise known as “Teacher of the Year.” Her song, “Give Us Books”, is traditionally performed for the past 13 years during R.E.A.D. week in Bergen County! Miss Paula owns and operates “Once upon a Musical” and “Music and Me!" and has been our Music Specialist for 12 years. Her energetic approach to Music Education has earned her much acclaim and admiration from our parents, students, and teachers.
